Jubilee Logo...

The Archdiocesan Jubilee Logo was designed by artist Fr Wayne Davis, and crafted by Eddie Russell and Brian Coyne. Fr Wayne says the logo is "a stylised Spirit in the shape of a flying black swan fashioned from kangaroo paws. It combines our State emblems the black swan and the kangaroo paw."

Video Production

Much work was undertaken in the 18 months leading up to the Jubilee Year to explain and promote the celebrations of the Great Jubilee in the Archdiocese of Perth. In 1999 we produced a video which was used extensively in parishes and schools to engender grass-roots support for the celebrations. Jubilee Street Banners

Illustrated at left are the banners which have been hung on Church properties throughout the Archdiocese and which will also appeared in the streets of Perth and suburbs at various times through the year. On the left are the banners displayed in Adelaide Terrace.

On the right are two of the banners displayed at St Mary's Cathedral.

Illustrated below is a full width strip advertisement published in local newspapers in Perth, Easter 2000, inviting community participation in the Easter 2000 services.
